1831-36 - Comes to Missouri - The earliest date I have found so far in Missouri for Robert is 1836 although there is a land patent registered in St.FranCoMo for his brother, Jeremiah Blackwell, dated 1824.
1836 - Buys home & land from John W. Hopkins - E1/2 of SE1/4 SEC26 T38N R3E - containing 80 acres (see map below)

1839-40 - Land Patent - WashCoMo deed states that Robt. & Luvina Blackwell sold land (SW1/4 SW1/4 SEC25 T38N R3E) to James Lancaster in 1839. However the Land Patents of Missouri Certificate #8110 states that Robert didn't acquire the land until 1 Oct. 1840.
1846 - Robt. apparently knew he was going to die soon & sold his property for $10 to his son Robert M. Blackwell in April 1846 - Bk.F, Pg. 184 - E1/2 of SE1/4 SEC26 T38N R3E - containing 80 acres (see map below)

m: in ?Ky? to Luvinia ????? - Lavinia was born 5 April 1785 & died 6 Nov. 1848 in Washington County, Missouri. She is buried in the Perryman-Blackwell Family Cemetery, Cadet, Mo. on property once owned by Robert Blackwell & David E. Perryman.
