Jean/Jenny/Jinny/Jensy Henderson was the daughter of Hannah Sollars & James Henderson. She
married Phillip Ohaver in Greene County Tennessee in 1800. They eventually settled
in Big River Township in what is now Jefferson County, Missouri. For supporting

GREENE COUNTY TENNESSEE DEED:
1804 - April, 1808
.......a certain piece of land lying in Greene county on the south side of
Nolachuckey River and one fifth part of a hundred acre tract formerly the property of
James Henderson deceased, said fifth part which I have convey to said Samuel was the part
of Jean Henderson since Ohaver which she was heir to of her father James Henderson's
land..........

This indenture made this twenty third day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and four. Between Philip Ohaver of the county of Greene and state of
Tennessee and William Kilgore of the county and state aforesaid witnesseth that upon the
consideration of sixty six dollars and two thirds paid in hand to the said Phillip Ohaver
by the said William Kilgore the receipt where of is hereby acknowledged by the said Ohaver
he hath bargained sold and delivered unto the said William Kilgore and by these presents
doth grant, bargain, sell alien and confirm unto the said William Kilgore his heirs and
assigns forever, the one sixth part of the land left by James Henderson at his decease. To
have and to hold the said parcel of land with all and singular its appertenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and all estate, right, titles, interest property
claim or demand of him the said Phillip Ohaver his heirs and assigns forever and the said
Phillip Ohaver for himself his heirs agree forever to warrant and defend the title of said
land against the title and claim of all persons whatsoever unto the said William Kilgore
his heirs In witness whereof the said Phillip Ohaver doth hereunto set his hand and seal
in the day and date above written.

1830 MISSOURI CENSUS INDEX - lists two Philip Ohavers in Jefferson County
Missouri. However when I checked the original census on micro-film at the DeSoto
Library I could only find one Philip Ohaver in Jefferson County in 1830 and I
checked twice to be sure.
