ZIEK ~ Frederick A. Ziek, 46, of Leon, IA, (formerly of Kansas City), passed away Saturday, May 8, 2004, at the home. He was preceded in death by his father, David Ziek. He is survived by his mother, Pat McKinstry of Lee's Summit, MO; one brother, Duane Ziek of Leon, IA; one sister, Tonya Hackett of Belton, MO; two nephews, David and Nick; and one niece, Megan. Services will be at the SladeO'Donnell Funeral Home of Leon, IA, Tuesday, May 11, at 10 a.m. Visitation will be Monday, May 10, from 7-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
